Now, with this service when you order, on top of all the the notifications you get, you can now get email alerts! Here’s how it works:
- Subscribe to this service. You can do that by replying and asking if you can get the service. When you subscribe all members of staff are notified so they know and you are added to the subscriptions list. Also check in your settings if you have enabled notifications via email and forum for a ping, since that’s how the service works.
- Order from our shop. You will not need to mention the service if you are subscribed.
- We do your order.
- If there is any updates or your order is finished, we will notify you via a reply, your other methods you added to your order AND the email and coding hut forum ping. We will reply to this post with a @ping so you don’t need to follow the thread, but make sure you don’t ignore the thread.
- That’s it! Enjoy your order!
As well as the notifications that come with the service (email and the forum notifications) and the following the shop, you will also be notified in your Scratch Profile. You can also tell us if you don’t what Scratch Profile notifications as well.
Also make sure that your email set is correct.
Note that you need a FREE Coding Hut Forums Account (this website) to get notifications and subscribe. Otherwise, you will get the default ping.
